Leadership Rehearsals
Leadership Rehearsals are 90-minute experiential workshops and multi-session development programs designed to move leadership from theory into practice. Instead of passive training, participants actively rehearse real-world leadership behaviors — navigating difficult conversations, delivering feedback, building trust, and leading through change — in a structured and psychologically safe environment.

Solo Rehearsals
Solo Rehearsals provide personalized leadership coaching designed to help leaders align their natural strengths, values, and behaviors with how they show up every day. These sessions support leaders in becoming more intentional, self-aware, and effective in their leadership practice.

As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and experienced Learning & Development leader, Alex integrates strengths-based insights with practical leadership application. The focus goes beyond assessment results — helping leaders understand how they communicate, make decisions, manage conflict, and build authentic leadership presence.

Team Rehearsals
Team Rehearsals are 90-minute facilitated workshops and development programs designed specifically for intact teams and leadership groups. These sessions focus on strengthening the collective behaviors that drive collaboration, communication, and trust across teams.
Rather than focusing solely on individual leadership, Team Rehearsals help groups build shared language, align expectations, and rehearse how they work together — especially during moments of conflict, change, and decision-making
Participants leave with a clearer understanding of how their team operates and practical strategies to improve alignment and performance.

Alex Gonzalez is the Founding Artistic Director of Latiné Theater Lab and a leadership development strategist with over nine years of experience in Learning & Development across corporate and nonprofit organizations.

With a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and certification as a Gallup Strengths Coach, Alex has led award-winning leadership programs and designed training initiatives that measurably improved team engagement and leader effectiveness.

What makes this work different is the fusion of theater-based storytelling, rehearsal methodology, and behavioral leadership development — creating learning experiences that are deeply human, highly practical, and immediately applicable.
