Alex Gonzalez is a leadership practitioner with almost a decade of experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development, supporting leaders at organizations including Carnival Cruise Line, Chewy, KAYAK, and OpenTable. With a background in leadership development and facilitation, Alex holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, is a certified Clifton Strengths Coach, and has been recognized for driving measurable ROI through leadership development work.
